So the last few days have been pretty amazing.
I spent the night at Jacob's for like two nights in a row while his mom and step-father were in Vegas. He, Stephen, Carly, Taylor and I had quite a bit of fun doing... nothing, really. On the second night, he, Stephen and I were the only three left, but we still made the best out of it. Both nights I stayed up 'til around 6:30 in the morning, which is weird because I never do that.
Anyway, a lot of things happened, but they're all sort of private (to some degree, at least), so I won't really disclose.
Also, I tried to update the template to one of my own design... Unfortunately, it failed miserably, so I'll have to learn more regarding Blogger's layout design.
I guess that's all for now, I'll post again later.

Spore
So I've recently discovered the Spore Creature Creator tool for PC. I think I've become addicted. Even with the trial version, I've found that creating my own species is extremely fun -- so far, I've made around five or six different creatures. If you would like to see them, you could simply visit my MySpore page.
(I'm sorry about the roughness of it, I had to configure some of the tags to make it fit.)
On a different note, I went over to Jacob's house today. It was quite a bit of fun. We were supposed to have band practice, but nobody could get hold of Tyler when we were supposed to. Taylor showed up at Jacob's house -- to be honest, I don't think we'll ever let him live the whole "Brittany" thing down (see last post).
Tomorrow should prove just as much fun... Party at Jacob's, woot! Haha. They're not going to have drugs or alcohol or anything (which is a good thing for us non-drinkers / non-smokers), it's just going to be a "gathering of friends."
Also, I went to the movies with my mother today to see "Get Smart." The movie was actually pretty funny -- I laughed quite a bit. I would definitely recommend it to any Steve Carell fan.
Well, that's pretty much it... I'll get in touch later.

Great
Today was actually pretty good. I didn't wake up until like eleven, and even then I didn't get ready to do anything (shower, getting dressed, etc.) until around two or so. At around 4:30, though, I went to Jacob's and just hung out there with he and his brother until after eight. It was actually really fun. We didn't do a whole lot, but... I don't know, I think that's what makes Jacob's house so much fun. We just... chill.
However, my mood was just sort of ruined by the knowledge that Taylor, our guitarist, might not make band practice tomorrow because he's hanging out with the same girl he spends everyday with. It's his life so I'm not going to publicly delve into it or anything, but let's just say that, all things considered, he really should be going to band practice instead, regardless of what standpoint you take.
To make matters worse, we're already missing out drummer for like six more weeks and tomorrow will be the last practice we have with our other guitarist for around six or seven weeks. If he doesn't make it, we really can't do much.

So Today
It turns out we're not going to be leaving again. Well... overnight, anyway. Sometime this week -- probably tomorrow or the next day -- we're going to make a day-trip to Goose Island State Park, the park that we were planning on visiting anyway. My father's back is in really bad shape, though, so we're not going to be staying overnight.
Since this morning, I have played the Sims 2 and visited Jacob's house... and that's about it. At Jacob's house we sang a little, but then most of the people there had to leave. I went with Jacob and Steven -- Steven being Jacob's older brother -- to Wendy's and had a nice... meal/snack, whichever you'd like to call it.
Speaking of Steven, he finally finished his car. It was broken into and stolen a while back, but I guess they found it and, since then, Steven has been working on it almost non-stop. I was finally able to ride in it today, and, I must say... it's rather nice. It has a lot of power in it. Steven claimed it didn't have too much power, but I think he was just being modest.
So... now I'm off to do God-knows-what. So I'll see everyone later.

So Today... Today?
I'm really not sure what's going on anymore. My parents -- mostly my mother -- keep going back and forth between their decisions, so I don't even know whether or not we're leaving again today. I sure hope not -- some more time with friends would be good for me, I think.
Anyway, I was trying to get a personal layout set up for this blog last night... Unfortunately, some things went wrong, and those that did go right, I was too lazy to follow through on. I know I can get one of my layouts on here, it's basically a matter of when ("when" being whenever I feel less lazy). Yeah, I definitely have a laziness problem.
So, in all honesty, I'm thinking that we probably will leave for another three nights today, this time without internet. Therefore, if my parents do decide to go, I'll have to put the blogging on hold for three days or so. If not, you'll probably hear from me again tomorrow.
